Downloading Residential RETS Listing Content

Before you will be given access to RETS listing content, you must complete all of the steps of the Broker Only FTP/ RETS subscription wizard and have at least one active Broker Subscriber to your service. In order to connect and download listing content, the following information is also required:

• RETS Server:  rets.wfrmls.com:6103/rets/login
• Port: 6103
• Your Vendor Login
• Your Vendor Password

Residential RETS Profile

Below is the list of all the fields contained within the RETS profile for the residential property type. The data type together with a short description of the field's value is included here for each of the fields mentioned above for completeness.
