UtahRealEstate.com is Utah’s largest Multiple Listing Service and the number one source for real estate listing information in the state of Utah. Our Data Services website is a resource for software developers who are looking to obtain access to MLS data in order to develop products for brokers, agents, and/or appraisers who are members of UtahRealEstate.com.
Licensed MLS data is made available via our application programming interface (“API”), which utilizes the best data distribution methods available. The MLS licenses data for our members for a wide array of products, some of which include:
